jon and caroline surprised me this morning! at abt 0010??
they came to my hse la!!
my doggie kept barking..and we hastily went downstairs.
jon plucked the birthday song on the guitar.
while caroline sang. haha.
so funny la the two of them.
they bought me tiramisu...and it was fantastic.

then the day began!
0910 : inertia is very hard to overcome.i finally got out of bed.
1000 : frantically trying to solve the mysterious telephone problem in my hse.was unplugging and plugging the phone wires into the phones. -mystery unsolved-
1100 : met rachel and wifey at westmall bk for branch. we missed the brkfast set by like..a few mere minutes.rahh.haha.and then jon-ah-than surprised me again by appearing.with a breadtalk cake.haha.
1230 : went to the new civil service club at bt batok! my goodness! its so nice la! rachel and i are intending on buying it for our retirement.haha. we went bowling! and i played my best game ever! 115!! was so happy la.haha.and the games were so cheap..cos of some promo..$1.50 per game only.woowhheee.
1400 : rach went for her driving lessons.and the three of us went down to holland v.was supposed to drink coffee with jan.but we were a bit tight on schedule.and lembu lulu came down to meet us.so we bought bread.and then drank coffeebean for a while.thenn..we went to town. 1555 : rushed to buy tickets for the the 1555! show "nanny mcphee" at ps. but the only rows left was the first two rows.so we left.went to ps to watch "yours, mine, ours."
1600 + :bought the tickets. only for shir lembu and i cos jon had to go to the airport and fetch his daddy. so yess..we played daytona!and watched lembu play some shooting game. then we had our 1700 movie. it was funny la.good movie. =)
1842 : freaking out.cos i was late for my dinner.rushed all the way to orchard parade hotel. 1910 : finally arrived at chico's and charlie's. had a fantastic time at dinner with my family.the mexican food was scrumptious.it was like finding an old friend again. cos my family used to go there to eat.and we stopped for many years.and the food was still woah.mmm-mmm.took many photos as well.and just kept laughing.i love my family.
2240 + : i burped.with salsa taste!

my dad amazes me.
his ability to keep so calm in the midst of trying times.
his ability to handle his emotions so well.
he really has self-control.

he did his phonecalls to his boys today.
i was overhearing his conversations.
how he spoke so strictly to the naughty ones who play monkey when they are supposed to do their community service.
but when he spoke..he really was no nonsense.
made his point known that he meant business.
and then put the phone down.

its times like these that i see the "bad boy" side of my dad.
and im glad i was born a girl.
so that i am dealt with a little less harshly.
=)

he's so zai and all.
firm but caring.
and i know he loves me alot.
not by verbal words.
but by small actions that he does for my family and i.
wow.
really.

i want a guy like my daddy.

went dinner with my darlings yesterday.

went to the doc's.
